Modmail
Members DM Cortex; their message lands in a staff thread/channel where your team replies. Replies go back to the member as a DM — they never see who answered.
- Member DMs the bot → staff receive an organized thread
- Staff reply in-thread → delivered to the member via DM
- Full conversation history kept per user
💡 Tip
Point your server rules at modmail ("DM the bot for help") instead of pinging staff personally. It keeps requests organized and lets multiple helpers share context.
